Terranova International Public Safety Canada Incorporated (Tips Canada & Tips Canada Medical) is working with GEMS-ERT: Global Emergency Medical Services - Emergency Response Team (GEMS-ERT), The Staff Room (Pickering, ON) and with Blott Law (Toronto, ON) to coordinate and host on October 13th, 2018 two (2) Guinness Book of World Record Attempts for the World's Largest First Aid Lessons (Single Venue) and (Multiple Venue) next year.

An Official Release Date is being planned in the City of Toronto with the assistance of John Papadakis, Former Deputy Mayor for the City of Toronto, Executive Director of Hasba National Cyber Security Task Force Canada and Paralegal with Blott Law.

Officially, following two letters received from Guinness Records on August 30, 2017 and August 31, 2017; TIPS CANADA & GEMS-ERT will be hosting two separate events on the same day next year on October 13, 2018. Tips Canada SVP/Chief Medical Officer Dr. Jack Taunton (UBC) has requested to have British Columbia participate in this event in the Multi-Event Record Challenge. A formal “Call to Action” will be issued to all other provinces and territories when the official press release is announced, which is currently being scheduled.

TIPS CANADA is a national medical and public safety company, working in education, medical transportation services and in cyber security with locations in Toronto and Vancouver, with delivery centres in St. Catharines, Windsor, London and Ottawa. GEMS-ERT is a federal non-profit working toward national charity status in Canada in emergency response operations and services. The Staff Room (Pickering, ON) is TIPS CANADA's #1 Choice in Human Resources Management. Our legal team Blott Law (Toronto, ON) is TIPS CANADA's #1 Choice in Legal and Lobbying Services in Canada.

TIPS/GEMS/TSR/BLOTT are all working together to make these two events and titles possible and obtainable. TIPS/GEMS is currently looking for corporate, personal sponsorship and donations for this event.  All donations should be made out to GEMS-ERT and mailed to 65 Overlea Boulevard, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M4H 1P1.

The Single Venue Event will be a First Aid Lesson in Canadian Red Cross "Environmental Emergencies in Heat-Related Emergencies". The Multi-Venue Event will be a Canadian Red Cross Certified training program in "CPR Level C with AED".

Graduates of this program will receive a 3-year Canadian Red Cross Certification in CPR. If our attempt for the Record is successful, then these graduates will become universally a part of the TIPS Canada & GEMS-ERT Guinness Book of World Records Challenge for Largest First Aid Lesson (Single and Multiple Venue).

Donations are now being accepted for this event. Locations for all events are now being sought. If you are interested in having this event hosted at your location, the location will require a suitable location to accommodate the number of participants.

In Toronto we estimate 2,500 to 5,000 attendees, in Vancouver the same. Some areas will not be as large but all are welcome to participate is both events. The Single Venue Event will be in the Greater Toronto Area and for this event we require a suitable area of 18 square feet per person (WSIB Compliance in Ontario). The date for both events will be on October 13th, 2018 and more information will be provided upon request.

An Official Press Release is now being prepared and an upcoming date, which is soon to be announced.
